Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with your order or have any concerns, please message me right away.
I'd be happy to either refund your money less shipping & handling costs after the item is returned or make an exchange as long as the item is in new condition. Please note, returns for custom orders are at my discretion. If I believe I can sell the item, then I may accept the item as a return.
Do you charge sales tax?
Florida residents and most states are now required to pay sales tax. Etsy collects the sales tax due and remits it to each state.
How do you ship your products?
I ship via USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage whenever possible. For some heavier items, I sometimes ship via USPS Priority Mail, but most times ship USPS Ground Advantage. I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping. I take care to package my items well. Insurance is NOT included in the shipping price but I will gladly include it if you would like, for the actual cost, just message me.
What do I do if my package tracking # states it was delivered, but I did not receive it?
I provide a tracking number with every package I ship. If your item states it was delivered, but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors to see if they may have received it by accident. If you still can't find it, please call your local USPS post office and provide the tracking number to them. They have a GPS system that shows them exactly where the package was delivered. Many times they can retrieve it and deliver it to you.
